This two bedroom villa is idealy situated in Areias de São João, between Praia da Oura and the famous cosmopolitan town of Albufeira. The accommodation comprises of two twin bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms on the first floor and a pull out sofa with two full size single matresses in the spacious lounge /dining room, on the ground floor, thus the villa can sleep up to six people. Also on the ground floor there is a wc/shower room and a well equipped kitchen with microwave, toaster, kettle, gas hob and frige/freezer.

Patio doors open from the living room onto a secluded terrace and garden area where there is a BBQ. From the garden there is access to the large communal pool area which is set in landscaped gardens.

A short walk from the famous Oura strip, with numerous bars, restaurants and shops, car hire is not essential when staying at this property. There is a choice of three beautiful beaches within a eight minute walking leisurely walk.

Maid service is twice a week, the towels are changed twice a week and the bed linen once a week. Changeover day in this property is flexible.
