Casa do Teixo is a Luxury detached air-conditioned villa with private pool, located in the popular Meia Praia area only a few kilometres from the beach, Marina and town of Lagos with its cobbled streets and an abundance of restaurants and bars, a perfect villa for the whole family.

The villa has been tastefully decorated to a high standard and comprises of 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
On the lower level of the villa you enter the front door into a hall way this leads off to 3 of the bedrooms, there is the Master suite with a full bathroom and patio doors leading out onto the pool side terrace, the second bedroom with twin beds also with patio doors leading out to the pool terrace and the 3rd bedroom that is a double room both share the second bathroom with shower. The 4th bedroom is located down stairs which is reached by an external door, this room has been made into a separate annex with a lounge area, full bathroom and a twin bedroom, the annex has ceiling fans in the bedroom and the living area, this bedroom is only suitable for use by teenagers or adults.
The spacious living area of Casa do Teixo is located on the second level of the villa, the open plan living area with dining table and seating for 8 people, lounge area with 2 sofas, satellite TV and DVD player has 2 patio doors leading out onto a large balcony which overlooks the pool area, there is outside dining furniture on the balcony for some al fresco family dining.
The kitchen is also located on the second level with dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave and all the usual utensils. There is also a cloakroom and utility room with washing mashine on this level.
Outside has a lovely large 5 x 10 swimming pool, built in BBQ with seating area and sun loungers for all the family surround the pool.

The villa is situated on the hill above the Meia Praia, the Marina which is only a few minutes drive away offers a variety of shops, cafes and restaurants, a short walk over the footbridge from the Marina and you are in the centre of the historic town of Lagos with its cobbled sidewalks and colourful market square, offering a larger variety of restaurants, bars, café, shopping and markets.
The golden sandy beach of Meia Praia is also under a 5 minute drive, with a variety of water sport activities available. Palmares Golf course, Boa Vista and Penina Golf Course are a 5 to 20 minute drive away. For the children there are a variety of water parks and theme parks within a 30-minute drive
