Luxury 2 bedroom apartment located adjacent to Pinhal Golf Course. This large elevated, third floor, fully furnished, air conditioned apartment is conveniently located 10 minutes walk to Vilamoura beach and marina.
It includes 2 bedroom, 2 bathrooms, 1 ensuite, a fully fitted kitchen, a living/dining room with tv, and 2 sun terraces. Complex facilities include large swimming pool , gardens and ample car parking.
Accommodation
Bedrooms:Master Bedroom - Double bed / Twin beds, excellent wardrobe space, drawers with fitted security safe. Patio doors open onto the terrace.
Second Bedroom - Twin beds, excellent wardrobe space and drawers.
Bathrooms:1 x Bathroom en suite to master bedroom with shower, bidet and wc.
1 x Bathroom with shower, bath, bidet and wc.
Kitchen: Modern fully equipped spacious, bright kitchen. Cooker- hob with electric fan oven, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle etc.
Living Rooms: Large airy living/dining room. Two double sofas. Dining table with six chairs, a dresser, television.
Large patio doors opening onto the double terrace.
Cleaning/towels/linen/:Good quality towels and bed linen are provided, and changed weekly. Please bring your own beach towels.
Cleaning is carried out once per week.
Outside
There is plenty of space on the terrace to dine alfresco and an outdoor table and six chairs are provided. The apartment offers ample car parking. However, if you do not have a car the apartment is just a few minutes leisurely walk to the beaches, marina, shops and centre of Vilamoura.

The changeover day can be flexible depending on flights, but details need to be agreed at the time of booking.
