This spacious, countryside villa is located a few minutes drive from the small town of Almancil where you will find a wide variety of restaurants, bars, shops and supermarkets. The beach resorts of Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo are a short drive away. The golden sandy beaches are backed by a number of beach restaurants and bars. The resorts also feature championship golf courses, horseriding, tennis and watersports.The villa has a fitted kitchen equipped with microwave, washing machine and dishwasher. The L-shaped lounge/dining area has patio doors leading out to the pool and terraces, and is equipped with satellite TV. On the first floor is the master bedroom which has an en-suite shower room and private terrace. On the ground floor are two twin bedrooms and a separate bathroom. The villa stands in spacious gardens, with a large lawned area, fruit and palm trees.

• Weekly rental prices are inclusive of maid service, gas, water and electricity charges.
  
  Maid service is provided five days per week, excluding weekends and public holidays. Linen is changed once per week and towel twice per week. Clients must provide their own beach towels.Your accommodation is reserved from 3.00 pm on the day of arrival. On the morning of your day of departure we ask you to vacate by 10.00 am to give the maid time to prepare the property for the next arrivals.
  The property may be reserved subject to availability, upon receipt of a deposit of 25%.Final payments must be received six weeks prior to your arrival date, or at the time of booking if your arrival date is within this period. If the payment terms are not observed the booking may be cancelled and our cancellation terms imposed.
  Should you cancel your booking, written notification must be received from the person who made the booking. The following charges will apply:
  
  Up to six weeks prior to arrival – loss of deposit.
  Four to six weeks prior to arrival – 50% of total cost.
  Two to four weeks prior to arrival – 75% of total cost
  Two weeks or less prior to arrival – 100% of total cost A refundable damage deposit of £200 or £300, depending on the size and type of property, is payable with your balance. This will be sent back to you two weeks after you return if there is no damage to the property.
